Caviar Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
1-2 ounces caviar
12 hard boiled eggs split
1/4 cup creme fraiche
1 tablespoon capers
2-4 Tbsp fresh parsley, dill, or watercress
Instructions
cut eggs in half
whip yolks, creme fraiche and herbs. stir in capers fill cavities and top with caviar
American and Avruga are first picks for this dish
Salmon Roe and Tobiko work best with a small amount mixed in to yolk mix
