Fish Burgers

Ingredients

2 lbs. firm fish such as Tuna, Salmon, or Swordfish
1/2 cup marinade of choice
1/3 cup minced veggies of choice
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 egg

Instructions

Grind 1 lb. of fish and chop the other pound. Mix well with marinade and add rest of ingredients.

Form into tightly packet patties

Cook as you would a traditional burger.
