Bayou Barbecued Catfish

Ingredients
2 pounds catfish
2/3 cup tomato sauce
2/3 cup vinegar
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oil
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients and simmer for 3 minutes. Grill fish over medium fire about 3-6 minutes per side and baste with sauce. Fish will be slightly flakey in middle of fillet when done. Adapted from Seafood Twice a Week (available for sale at Burhops)
