Baking Fish

Ingredients

2 lbs. fish fillets

1/2 tsp. dry mixed herbs

1 T Olive oil

1 lemon.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. coat fish with oil and seasonings. Arrange on baking sheet with 1 inch between. Bake until fish is opaque, approx 8-10 minutes for a 1 inch thick piece. Squeeze lemon on fillets when removed from oven.

Adjustments to cooking time should be based on 10 minutes per inch

Serves 4.
