1 1/2 Tbsp. cumin seed 1 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 cup corn oil 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 tsp. ground cyenne
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Stir the cumin seeds in a hot skillet, till they turn dark brown and start to smoke. Remove seed and allow to cool.
Mix all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth. refrigerat until ready to use.
Makeas enough marinade for 2 - 4 pounds of fish
