2 pounds Shrimp (shell on, or peeled and deveined or split)
1/4 cup. olive oil
4 Cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Chili Sauce
1/2 cup Tequila
2 Tbls. Cajun seasoning
Blend garlic and oil in blender till smooth, chili sauce, tequila and seasoning; Blend well.
Marinade Shrimps 1-24 hours
Skewer shrimp if desired or use a preheated grill basket
Grill over a medium high fire (about 400 - 450) degrees
Approximate cooking times
21-25 count 2-3 minutes per side
10-15 count 3-5 minutes per side
Shrimps will have a firm texture at thickest part and will be opaque inside when done.
