2 pounds Salmon fillet
1 small onion sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 oz whiskey
½ cup bbq sauce
Preheat grill to a medium heat or oven to 400 degrees.
Sauté onions till tender. Add whiskey, and ignite. Reduce for 5 minutes. Add bbq sauce and heat though.
Place fish on grill or in pan skin side down, cover with onion sauce and grill/bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness
