1 Tablespoon Little Italy Seasoning From the Spice house
1 Teaspoon lemon pepper
Coat fish well with seasonings. Grill over medium fire for 5 minutes on each side starting with the flesh to the flame first. Finish by sliding fish from skin and grilling for half a minute more. Serve with lemon and salad.
