Grilled King Salmon


2 pound fillet Wild King Salmon
2 oz. Burhop's Shoyu Oriental Marinade
1 Lime


Preheat Grill
Marinate Fillet for 30 minutes.
Place fillets Meat side down on a HOT grill for approx. 7 minutes, or till fillet will easily lift off of grill. Flip. Grill other side for approx. 8 minutes. Total grilling time is based on about 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness. Serve with lime wedges
