Southwestern Butter Sauce


1 lb. Butter softened
1/2 can Diced green chili peppers
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
1/4 cup Cilantro Minced
1 lime juiced
pinch of salt and pepper


Combine all ingredients in food processor. Form in molds or pipe rosettes with a pastry tube. Store extra in freezer.
