2 lbs. Sea Scallops
1 bottle Burhop's marinade
2 cups cubed vegetables
2 Tbls. oil
Marinade Vegetables 1 hour using 2 skewers running parallel only a fingers with between them skewer scallops and marinade alternately.
Add skewers to marinade for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to 450 degrees if gas or till coals are hot and lightly ashed over.
Clean Hot grate and brush with oil.
Lay skewer on grill for 3 minutes.
Gently flip cook 1-3 more minutes.
