1 pound Sea scallops cut in half or quarters
4 cups chopped vegetables
1/4 cup Burhop's Herb Garden Marinade
2 Tbsp. Burhop's Shoyu Marinade
4 cups cooked rice or pasta
Preheat skillet or wok.
Sear scallops for no more than 1 minute, remove.
Add Hard vegetables for 2 minutes, add soft vegetables and cook to desired softness.
Add Shoyu and scallops then serve over rice or pasta
