1 ½ pounds squid (about 1 pound tubes and ½ tentacles)
¼ pound cooked Shrimp
½ pound Burhops fresh made Cajun Stuffing
Chop tentacles and shrimp. Mix with stuffing. Stuff tubes. Brush with oil and season with lemon pepper and paprika.
Grill on medium high heat about 4-5 minutes per side
Note for easier assembly. Blanch Squid for 10 seconds before preparing.
