Grilled Trout with Pesto


2 pound fillet of Trout
1 t. pepper
1/2 cup Pesto (Such as Basil. Tomato Garlic, or Wild Mushroom)


Preheat Oven 400 degrees or grill to a medium hot temperature. Sprinkle fish with pepper. Spread fillet with a thin coat of pesto. Place fish skin side down on the dull side of a piece of foil. Bake or grill 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness
