1 lb. Ahi tuna fillet (1/2 lb. per person)
2-tablespoons soy sauce
1-tablespoon orange juice
1-tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
Thinly cut the tuna into _ inch slices. Mix the orange juice and soy sauce. Place fish in marinade for 10 minutes. Sear the fish in oil for no more than 3 minutes per side. Fish can also be grilled or broiled. Be careful not to overcook.
