Grilled Tuna


2 lbs. Tuna Steaks
1 bottle Burhop's Shoyu Oriental marinade
2 Tbls. Oil (olive, sesame, chili, or lemon)
1 lemon or lime


Determine total cooking time of only 4-8 minutes per inch at thickest point. This fish is best cooked rare. Marinade fish 5-30 minutes. Preheat grill to 450 degrees if gas or till coals are hot and lightly ashed over. Clean Hot grate and brush with oil. Lay fish on grill, flesh first and cook till seared no longer. flip gently and cook as desired. Squeeze lemon over fish
