Bluefish with Lime Mustard


2 lb. bluefish
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1 lime juiced
2 Tbls. chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbls. olive oil
3 chopped plum tomatoes


Preheat grill or broiler. Mix all but tomatoes. Spread on fish. Cook for 10 minutes per inch then sprinkle tomatoes over fillet and cook 1-2 more minutes.

Serves 4.
