1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets cut in 2" strips
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dry mixed herbs
3 Tbls. vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour crumbs and herbs on plate. Pat dry fish. pour oil on another plate. Roll fish in oil and allow excess to drip off. coat fish with bread crumbs coating all sides. Arrange on baking sheet with 1 inch between. Bake till fish is opaque approx 8-10 minutes for a 1 inch thick piece.
