2 lbs. Grouper fillets (or other mild fish)
1 Tbsp water
1/4 Teaspoon Tabasco brand pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake crumbs
2 tbs. melted butter or oil lemon wedges
1. Combine egg, water, salt, and Tabasco. beat until well blended.
2. Dip fish in egg mixture. Coat generously with Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs/ Place on Foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter.
3. Bake in a moderate oven (375 F) 20-30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with cut lemon wedges dipped in finely chopped parsley.
